A Rochester man convicted of physically abusing his infant twin children is being given a chance to avoid prison.

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man will serve one month in jail and two years on probation for an incident last July that caused a seven-year-old girl to suffer a broken leg.
