There's A Big Reason An 887-Square-Foot Duluth Home Listed For $814,600

Recently, a Duluth home went on the market for $814,600. What was interesting was that the 2 bedroom, 1 bath home was 887 square feet. That translates to $918 per square foot.

Realtor.com says the median listing home price in Minneapolis, Minnesota was $325K in October 2023. The median listing home price per square foot was $235.

According to the National Association of Realtors, in March 2022, the average price per square foot of a home was $244, while the median price per square foot was $202.

Based on those figures, it would be fair to wonder why this property was listed significantly higher. It turns out, there is one big reason why, which you'll see as you take a look through the property.
