Wild Succeed in Overtime Again

St. Paul, MN (Learfield)  --  Eric Staal scored the shootout winner after a scoreless overtime, giving the Minnesota Wild a 3-2 win over Edmonton.  

Friday was the fifth time in the last nine games the Wild have been tied at the end of regulation, losing just one of those games.  The Wild have enjoyed success against the Oilers on the home ice, losing only four times in 27 meetings since 2007.  

The Wild host St. Louis tomorrow (Sunday) at 5:00 p-m.
