EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) — Minnesota Vikings defensive tackle Linval Joseph has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Seattle with a foot injury.

Joseph was unable to practice this week, meaning the Vikings will be without their best run stopper for what is expected to be a physical game against the Seahawks. Safety Andrew Sendejo will also miss the game with a knee injury.

Joseph declined to discuss the nature of his injury or how long he may miss. He says he is disappointed that he won't be able to play this week, but planned to act as another coach on the sideline.

Sharrif Floyd will move to the nose tackle and backup Tom Johnson will slide in beside him on Sunday.
