If you were out and about over the weekend, you could have bumped into a pretty big power couple because it looks like they were just spotted in Minnesota!

A good chunk of our world has this assumption that Minnesotans live in igloos and see moose all of the time.  But everyone who has been in the Land of 10,000 Lakes knows that Minnesota is more than the weird myths created about us.  Celebrities even have figured this out because we have sightings quite a bit. 

Aren't All of the Celebrities in Minnesota There Because of Mayo Clinic?

Another myth about our state is that celebrities are only showing up because they need to be seen by the world-class Mayo Clinic in Rochester.  Yes, sometimes celebrities are here for medical care.  Everyone knows that it is happening but since the hospital staff can't say anything due to laws, sometimes the regular people in the world (like me) never know a big-time celebrity was just a block away from our studios.  BUT celebrities do have to eat, go shopping, workout, and sometimes they are hanging out at some of the fun establishments in town - just like Hugh Jackman, Judge Judy, and Lebron James did recently.  We also have sightings in other locations that have nothing to do with Mayo Clinic - like seeing Josh Duhamel at the Minnesota State Fair and even Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis at a Caribou coffee shop!  

The latest celebrity sighting is NOT because of Mayo Clinic.  Well, I can't say that with 100% certainty since I don't have access to medical records. But based on a TV show that is currently filming, my guess that the celebrities are in the area because they are needed for the show.

What TV Show is Filming in Minnesota Right Now?

Just a few weeks ago, it was reported that Love Is Blind was Netflix's most popular show.  With the reunion coming up on Wednesday, March 13th, I'm guessing that its popularity isn't going down yet...since everyone is talking about it.  Just in case you haven't heard, Netflix is filming an upcoming season of Love is Blind right now in Minnesota.

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey Spotted in Minnesota

If you were on social media over the weekend, you may have heard the news that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey, the hosts for Love is Blind on Netflix, were spotted in Minnesota.  According to the Facebook group, Love is Blind Minneapolis Updates, Saturday night, they were sitting at a table at Bar La Grassa at 800 N. Washington Ave. in Minneapolis. (Get Directions)

Latest rumor is that the Minnesota couples on Love is Blind just did some wedding dress shopping and are planning to say "I do" or "I don't" on Wednesday.  I've heard of a location where the weddings are supposedly taking place but don't want to spoil the big day for these soon-to-hopefully-be newlyweds.  I'll keep that a secret for now but will reveal what I know over on my Facebook page - Jessica On The Radio - once I see photo proof.  While you wait, go give the page a follow.  It is a great spot for women to hang out, feel encouraged, know that they aren't the only one with 5 baskets of clean laundry to fold, or who have had kids who threw embarrassing temper tantrums in Target.  Plus, all of the stories I write are free to read.
