The question has arisen again in Rochester.  Should the city go with a "district system" of trash pickup?  In other words, divide the city into different districts where each hauler currently working in the city would have certain sections only.

Or, maybe a single hauler system for the entire city?

City Councilman Michael Wojcik joined Rich Peterson and Kim David Thursday morning to talk about this and get feedback from listeners on Rochester's Good Morning.

Plenty of callers chimed in on both sides of the issue.  Some liked the simplification of it and fewer trucks driving up and down their streets on trash day.

Others like it the way it is, they want a choice.

So what's next in the process?
