The Council For Black Minnesotans

The Council on Black Minnesotans was created by the Minnesota Legislature back in 1980 to ensure people of African heritage participate in and equitably benefit from the political, social and economic resources, policies and procedures of the state of Minnesota.

This morning Koloh Nimley of the Rochester chapter of the Council and W.C. Jordan of the Rochester chapter of the N.A.A.C.P. talked with Rich Peterson about their goals and also their hopes from this year's state legislature...
