St Paul, MN (KROC AM News)  – In honor of firefighters who have been killed or disabled in the line of duty, Governor Mark Dayton has ordered all United States flags and Minnesota flags be flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings in the State of Minnesota, from sunrise until sunset on Sunday, September 27, 2015.

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Rochester’s observances of the Memorial Day Holiday will include a parade through the city’s downtown. The patriotic procession will begin in the area of Central Park at 9:45 a.m. and will make its way to the Soldiers Field Veterans Memorial, where a Memorial Day program is scheduled to begin at 10:30.
