Law enforcement then executed a search warrant at the home and found a long gun and handgun. The initial investigation indicates a gunshot was fired into the home’s ceiling and another round appeared to have been fired out of an open window, Mueller said.

No injuries were reported.

Court records indicate Gore has a criminal history that dates back to 2015. His record includes felony convictions for fleeing and DWI.

Jail records indicate Gore was booked to the Winona County Jail in Winona shortly after 3:30 Tuesday morning. He is awaiting arraignment in Winona County Court.
