MN Representative Nels Pierson On RGM [VIDEO]

State Representative Nels Pierson was on the radio with Rich Peterson this morning, talking about the state's revenue surplus, Rochester on Tour at the Capitol plus International Adoption.

Nels and his wife have adopted a 9 year old boy from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and while the country allows children to be adopted, the D.R.C. does not issue the exiting papers.  In other words there are hundreds of legally adopted children, including his, that are stranded over there.
