Ice Hawks Host Crusaders Friday

(mnicehawks.com) --The Rochester Ice Hawks (35-6-1) and the 3rd place Hudson Crusaders will meet Friday in Round 2 of the MN Division playoffs.

The Crusaders got to the second round by sweeping the Maple Grove Energy. The Crusaders and Ice Hawks have met six times this season The Hawks have won the previous outings but that statistic may be very misleading. The series has been very competitive. In the last four outings the games were hotly contested. The Ice Hawks have had to overcome Crusader leads to pull games out in the last few minutes. Coach Fatis considers the Crusaders to be the most talented team in the League this season. The powerful Crusaders will test the Ice Hawks in Round 2 of the Playoffs.
