Gophers Sweep Northeastern

MINNEAPOLIS (GopherSports.com) - The Golden Gophers recorded their first series sweep of the season in a four to three victory over Northeastern on Saturday night in front of 9,072 at Mariucci Arena.

The Gophers were powered by a two goal performance from Hudson Fasching, a three point night from Michael Brodzinski, and Nick Seeler's first point in a Gopher's uniform. Leon Bristedt and Justin Kloos also registered two point nights in the Gopher victory.

The Golden Gophers return to action at Notre Dame on November 6th.
