That’s according to a criminal complaint filed in Olmsted County Court this week. The victim was three years old at the time of the alleged sexual abuse.
She had reported the sexual assault to a family member in January of 2023. The alleged sexual assaults occurred multiple times in Rochester, the complaint says.
The young girl identified the man who sexually assaulted her as 34-year-old Christopher Rashad Brown, who now has a Kathleen, GA address, the court filing says.
She told Rochester Police the sex assaults occurred at a Rochester apartment or at a Rochester motel. She also said Brown would strike her in her knee, face and stomach after the sexual assaults, according to the complaint.

The young girl attempted to report the incident to police in 2016 but couldn’t provide any additional details. Her second interview with police occurred after the adult she disclosed the sexual abuse to reported it to police, the court filing says.
Brown was adamant in denying the sexual abuse allegations when a Rochester Police officer asked him about it, the compliant states.
Brown has been charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct. He’s due to make his first court appearance next month.
