Undated (KROC AM News) - Minnesota experienced an increase in foreclosure activity in March.

The latest report from the firm RealtyTrac shows there were nearly 1400 foreclosure related filings on homes throughout the state last month. That’s up nearly 74-percent from February, and is about 10-percent higher than the foreclosure filing total from March of last year.

Through the first quarter of this year, the number of foreclosure related filings in the state is down about 14-percent when compared with the same three-month period in 2014.
