Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A rollover crash claimed the life of a Rochester man Sunday afternoon.

The State Patrol responded to the single-vehicle crash shortly before 1 p.m. A teenage boy was riding in the vehicle. 

The deadly crash occurred on Hwy. 63/75th St. Northwest between Hwy. 52 and North Broadway Ave. An eastbound pick-up left the road then rolled, the state crash report says.

55-year-old Corey Christopher Krohn was identified as the driver. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

15-year-old Wyatt Russell Krohn of Rochester was riding in the vehicle. He was taken to a Mayo Clinic hospital for treatment of what the report describes as non-life-threatening injuries.

Both of the pick-up’s occupants were buckled up and alcohol was not involved in the deadly rollover crash, the report says. Hwy. 63 was dry at the time of the fatal wreck. 

The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office, Rochester Fire Department and Mayo Clinic Ambulance also responded to the crash scene.
