Pleasant Grove, MN (KROC AM News) - A St Paul man was banged up Sunday morning after crashing his Jeep in southeast Olmsted County.

The Sheriff’s Department says the wreck happened around 8:30 a.m. on County Road 1 about 10 miles south of Rochester. A spokesman says 21 year old Zach Molloy was entering a curve when he suddenly spotted a jackknifed semi-truck on the roadway. Molloy lost control of his vehicle and it went into a ditch and rolled several times.

Molloy was taken to St.Mary’s to be checked out.

The spokesman says the road was icy at the time of the two wrecks.
