Young Child Dies in ATV Crash

CENTER CITY, Minn. (AP) — Sheriff's officials say a toddler has died in an accident involved a child-sized all-terrain vehicle in Chisago County.

Authorities say a 3-year-old child was found under the ATV Sunday afternoon in Franconia Township. The child was taken by family members to the Osceola Medical Center in Osceola, Wisconsin where the youngster was pronounced dead.
