The Clock Tower and Bell has been a fixture on and off since it was first constructed at the Central Fire Station in 1898, it was taken down when the Civic Center project began last year.

Rochester Fire Chief Greg Martin was on Rochester's Good Morning on Wednesday and gave a little background on the clock and how you can help..
