Minnesota has dropped the first two games of the first-round playoff series.  The Wild spent much of the game frustrated with the officiating.  Zach Parise tied the score in the second period while his team had a 5-on-3 advantage.

The scoreboard remained unchanged until Jaden Schwartz scored the game winner for St. Louis with 2:27 left.

With Mike Yeo now directing strategy, using to his advantage nearly five years of insight into the Wild's personalities, preferences and tendencies, the Blues kept up their stifling defense by packing those big bodies in tight. Their six-man blue line group, buoyed by the return of Robert Bortuzzo, averages 6-foot-4 and 215 pounds.

Game three of the series will be played tomorrow (Sunday) in St. Louis.
