Ottawa, Ontario (Learfield) -- Minnesota defenseman Matt Dumba scored the winning goal with 1:03 remaining in overtime as the Wild slipped past the Senators in Ottawa last night, 2-1.

Ryan Suter opened the scoring with a shorthanded tally in the first period for Minnesota, which finished 2-and-2 on its four-game road trip.

Darcy Kuemper kicked aside 35 shots in the victory. Kyle Turris recorded the lone goal in the third period for the Sens, who had won their previous two. Craig Anderson allowed two goals on 42 shots in the setback.
