ST. PETER, Minn. (AP) — Waseca advances to the boys state basketball tournament after a wild win against Marshall in a game with high drama and four overtimes.

The teams battled it out at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter Thursday night in a Section 2AAA Final.

With just seconds left in regulation, Marshall sent the game into the first overtime with a 3-pointer. Each team put up nine points to earn a second overtime, then six points each for a third overtime.

Marshall had the lead 94-91 when Waseca inbounded the ball and launched a full-court "Hail Mary" shot. The crowd erupted when the ball went in to move the game into the fourth overtime. Another buzzer beater gave Waseca a 103-101 win in a game destined for the record books.
