Watch Out for Credit Card Scams

It seems credit card scams continue to be the number one reported problem to the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota/North Dakota.

Barb Grieman is a Senior Vice President with the BBB and she talked about a new feature on their web page with Rich Peterson on Rochester's Good Morning Friday.  It's the "BBB Scam Tracker" and it shows what scams have been reported in this area and where.

Some of the common credit card scams include phone calls claiming to reduce your credit card debt, skimmers on ATM's and gas pumps and then a credit card company claiming there's been fraud committed on your card.  Never give out your card number to them!
