Remember when "Black Friday" was a big deal?  People would wake up before dawn and drive to their favorite store in hopes of a "door buster" or a half price TV?  Then it became midnight on Thursday night - Friday morning that doors would open.  Eventually, a ton of stores even began opening on Thanksgiving!  What did this mean?  Well, it meant lots of people had to work on Thanksgiving.  If you didn't have to work and still wanted to get good deals, you had to go shopping on Thanksgiving.  Either way, this day intended for giving thanks with family became more about shopping .  Well, some stores have decided NOT to open on Thanksgiving.
