What now? The murderer will not be charged on that as part of the plea deal agreed upon by the family.

At 8:40 a.m. Thursday morning, Rich Peterson and Kim David talked about the case, the confession and the the legacy of Jacob with Dr. Katherine Brown, an assistant professor in the School of Criminology at Tarleton State University in Fort Worth. She's an expert on child abduction and murder and has been closely following the Wetterling case since the beginning. Here's what she had to say about the case.
