The Latest On “Workforce Housing” And The R.A.F.

Steve Borchardt is with the Rochester Area Foundation and came on the radio this morning to talk about the Maxfield Research study on housing for Olmsted County.  It was sponsored by the County, Mayo Clinic and the Rochester Area Foundation.

The study showed a lack of "workforce priced" housing for this area.  Steve talked about what that means, and who would be eligible for loans through the Rochester Area Foundation and "First Homes".
