WOODBURY, Minn. (AP) — A 16-year-old boy is still in critical condition after he was stabbed during a fight after a high school basketball game.

Meanwhile, authorities say two teens who were taken into custody after Thursday night's fight have been released after it was determined that they weren't directly involved in the assault.

Woodbury Police Department spokeswoman Michelle Okada says police believe an argument began Thursday just inside East Ridge High School in Woodbury and turned into a physical altercation outside.

Okada tells the Star Tribune that detectives are reviewing surveillance video and working with school resource officers and others to identify more witnesses and suspects.

Okada says the victim was stabbed as many as three times.
