Teen in Horse and Buggy Killed

A teenager was killed Thursday when a semi rear-ended the horse and buggy he was operating.

The incident happened shortly after 7:00 am on Highway 210 near Staples.  According to the state patrol 17-year-old David Miller was ejected from the buggy and landed on the roadway. He was airlifted to North Memorial Medical Center where he later died. The horse was also killed.
