The National Weather Service has canceled the winter storm warning for most of Minnesota, but additional accumulating snow is possible through the afternoon
The snowfall totals were mainly lower than what had been predicted, but the storm system that arrived in southeastern Minnesota this morning still produced difficult travel conditions.
Talk about good timing by Mother Nature. Winter officially begins Thursday morning in the Rochester area and that’s when we are being told to expect the first significant snow event since March 12th.
