Reports indicate team players were informed Shaun Hill will likely start Sunday's game at Tennessee.  It's been two years since Hill was a starter, when he filled in for Bradford while both played for the St. Louis Rams.  His time at the controls may be limited to one week.

The Minnesota coach staff is trying to get Bradford ready to go for the week-two game at home against Green Bay.

Vikings Extend Berger's Contract

Minneapolis, MN (Learfield)  --  He won the starting job at center for the Minnesota Vikings, so the team has extended the contract of Joe Berger.

Former starter John Sullivan and Berger battled it out for the job during training camp and the preseason.  When attempts to trade Sullivan fell short, he was cut.  Berger's contract has been extended for one year.

He was the highest-rated center in the N-F-L by "Pro Football Focus" for the 2015 season.
