Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A man was arrested early Monday after reportedly threatening people in the downtown with a shotgun.

Officers were called to the Fusion Lounge along S. Broadway around 2:00 AM and were told the man had pointed the gun at one person’s head and racked the weapon.

The man wasn’t there when officers arrived but he was eventually located. Officers could not find a gun but found the man was wearing a tactical vest and had a large hunting knife. Arrested was 35-year-old Jordan Blevins.

He is the same man who accidentally shot himself several years ago.

Blevins was charged with multiple counts for an incident in April 2010. He was accused of firing a gun at homes and inside a residence. He ended up shooting himself in the arm while trying to kill his dog. Blevins was later sentenced to 102 months in prison.
