Rochester Drug Dealer Sentenced to Prison

Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man has been sentenced to nearly 9-years in prison for drug and firearms convictions.

36-year-old Jerry Milliken earlier pleaded guilty to first-degree drug sale and a felony count for being an ineligible person in possession of a firearm or ammunition. He was given a 105-month sentence for the drug conviction and 60 months for the firearms charge, but he’ll be allowed to serve that concurrently with the longer prison term.

Milliken was arrested last October following a raid at his residence near John Adams Middle School. Rochester Police found 1.3 pounds of meth, a couple thousand dollars in cash, and equipment used in the distribution and sale of methamphetamine. The raid also led to the seizure of a stun gun and .223 caliber ammunition used for an AR-15 rifle or similar rifle.
