The first of two public hearings on the Destination Medical Center Comprehensive Development Plan will take place Monday evening at the Mayo Civic Center.

The Rochester Planning and Zoning Commission will be fielding comments from the public and gathering input on the 1400 page blueprint for transforming the city into a world-class destination for people seeking medical care. The report was recently accepted by the Destination Medical Center Corporation Board and is scheduled to be brought to the Rochester City Council for an “up or down” vote on March 23rd following a second public hearing before the council that evening.
