Menomonie, WI (AP) - Authorities say a University of Wisconsin-Stout student from Minnesota bled to death after a drunken fall through glass on a church marquee in April.

Menomonie police issued their report Tuesday on the death of 22-year-old Rickey Alan Hible of Shakopee, Minnesota. Hible was found dead on a driveway off campus the morning of April 16. He cut his right arm when he fell through glass on the church sign.

The report says Hible had a blood-alcohol content of 0.298 percent - almost four times the legal limit of 0.08 percent for driving in Wisconsin.

Hible was a sophomore majoring in engineering technology. UW-Stout Chancellor Bob Meyer says the school will include additional measures aimed at students who live off-campus when it releases a new high-risk drinking prevention plan this fall.
