Collegeville, MN (Minnesota news Network) -   It doesn't happen often.  ESPN SportsCenter's “On the Road" show came to Collegeville Saturday, focusing on the showdown between Division Three rivals St. Thomas and St. John's.

About 3500 fans were on hand at 6:00 am as the national broadcast was being set up at Clemens Stadium.  "On the Road" had never been in Minnesota before and had never featured Division Three schools.  Why did the show come to Collegeville?  The Rivalry dates back 84 years, both teams are undefeated, both are nationally-ranked and St. John's coach John Gagliardi has won more games than any other college coach.

It wasn’t much of a game as the Tommies won 35-14 but the crowd of 17,327 set a record.
