MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — Broadcasting titan Stanley Hubbard will co-host Donald Trump's fundraiser in Minnesota next week, but acknowledges his frustration with the Republican presidential nominee.

Hubbard has called Trump weird, scary, outrageous and ridiculous, but says he's better than the alternative, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

The Hubbard Broadcasting CEO has given millions of dollars over the last decade to support Republican federal and state causes. And, he donated to a Super PAC designed to stop Trump during the primary season.

Hubbard tells the St. Paul Pioneer Press he would theoretically be willing to support Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson, but knows he can't win — so that leaves Trump or Clinton. Hubbard is going with Trump, but adds that "doesn't mean I love him."
