Minneapolis, MN (KROC-AM News) - A St. Paul man has been sentenced to over 24 years in prison for a sex trafficking conviction involving a 15-year-old girl from Rochester and two other teenage girls.

26-year-old Dontre McHenry was arrested at a motel in Roseville last March after investigators responded to an online ad that appeared to feature a juvenile victim of sex trafficking. The federal charges against him indicated the 15-year-old girl had run away from her grandmother’s home in Rochester in February of last year and was lured into prostitution by McHenry.

Investigators learned the Rochester teen had managed to flee from McHenry a little over a week before police raided the Roseville motel and she was returned to Rochester after she was located in Illinois last April.
