Preston, MN (KROC-AM News) -  One of the many road construction projects taking place this summer in southeastern Minnesota has been completed.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation says the resurfacing of Highway 52 between Preston and Harmony is done. The $1.8 million project also included the installation of so-called “mumble strips” and on the centerline of the highway, repairs to the shoulders and a new guardrail.

Meanwhile, work continues on the resurfacing of Highway 52 from South Broadway in Rochester to the I-90 interchange near Marion.
