Minneapolis, MN (Learfield)  --  The Minnesota Gophers got two goals each from Leon Bristedt and Tyler Sheehy while beating Ohio State 5-3 in the Big Ten opener Friday night.

That's the seventh straight time the Gopher men have beaten the Buckeyes.  Minnesota (7-4-2, 1-0-0 Big Ten) out-shot Ohio State 26-to-21.  

The two teams wrap up the weekend series at Mariucci Arena at 7:00 p-m tonight (Saturday).
