Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) -  A former University of Minnesota-Rochester chemistry professor who was sentenced a year ago for possessing child pornography is facing similar charges again.

A criminal complaint filed this week against 49-year-old Christopher Dezutter says a recent search of his iPad turned up four images of suspected child porn, along with other pornography that had been downloaded from the internet.

As part of a plea agreement in the previous case, Dezutter was placed on probation for up to 5 years and ordered to serve four months in jail. He was also ordered not to access the internet without permission from his probation officer.

He remains in jail for violating his probation.
