Up to a foot of snow has been forecasted for the Rochester area, and while the snow falls Saturday evening, the wind is expected to pick up. The Blizzard Warning as extended to nearly all of Southern Minnesota, south of I-94. Be safe and plan ahead if you have to travel at all this weekend.
