La Crosse, WI (KROC AM News) - The latest Drought Monitor Report from the National Weather Service continues to show the entire state is experiencing at least minor drought conditions.

Over 90-percent of Minnesota is rated as being in a moderate drought, and only the far southeastern corner, along with small slivers of southwestern and northern Minnesota are rated as “abnormally dry.”

A year ago, only about 18-percent of the state was in a moderate drought and about 25-percent was “abnormally dry.”
