LAKEVILLE, Minn. (AP) — A man who spent time in prison for a drunken driving crash that killed three brothers in Dakota County has been arrested again on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Boe Elijah Barlage, of Farmington, was sentenced to eight years behind bars for the crash that killed 20-year-old Matthew Backstrom, 17-year-old Jacob Backstrom, and 16-year-old Justin Backstrom in 2005. The 33-year-old Barlage is charged again with driving drunk. A criminal complaint says Lakeville police were called last Thursday about a car operating erratically. Authorities say officers found Barlage in the parking lot of a gas station and arrested him after a field sobriety test.

KSTP-TV reports a conviction would send Barlage back to prison for up to 14 years.
