Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - The no-parking signs are already up, but city officials are also warning motorists that downtown Rochester will be a no-parking zone overnight to allow for the removal of the 6-8 inches of snow that fell on the city last night and this morning.

The restrictions will be in effect from midnight until 8 o’clock Tuesday morning on all posted streets and avenues in the downtown area and on sections of 2nd St., Southwest near St. Mary’s Hospital. Officials warn any vehicles left on the posted roadways will be ticketed and towed away.
