Don’t Forget the Veterans on Friday

Tomorrow we honor and thank our veterans!

The 16 annual Veterans Day program will be held Friday, November 11, with free breakfast for everyone from 8:30 to 10:00 followed by the program from 10:30 to 11:30 at the Rochester International Event Center near the Rochester Airport.

I am honored to have been asked to be the emcee at that event.

Featured speaker will be former Command Sergeant Major and decorated 25 year Veteran Harry Kerr. Honor Guards from the region and The Bells for Eternity will participate and the POW/MIA Riders will again furnish transportation on Golf Carts for those who need assistance from the parking lot to the entrance.

Everyone is encouraged to attend.

Another event tonight that I'm privileged to be a part of. I will be emceeing the NJCAA DIII National Volleyball Tournament banquet tonight at the Rochester Art Center.

There will be eight teams from around the country vying for the title with games at RCTC Friday and Saturday.  Get more information regarding the schedule, times and teams at rochsports.org
