Barb Grieman with the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota and North Dakota was back with Rich Peterson this morning on Rochester's Good Morning.  

March 1st is the beginning on National Consumer Protection Week.  She pointed out some things we consumers need to know in order to protect ourselves from being ripped off.
