Clements Breaks Ground at New Site
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A groundbreaking ceremony was held Tuesday for a new Rochester automobile operation.
Clements Subaru announced earlier it was planning to build an $8-million complex on a five-acre site located at the corner of 48th Street and St. Bridget Road Southeast, near the Mills Fleet Farm store.
Work on the project is expected to be completed by December 1st.
Clements says it currently employs 115 workers at its main site at Apache Mall and will add 20 new positions, generating more than one million dollars in new payroll.
