Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The light snow that fell across SE Minnesota overnight has left roads, sidewalks, parking lots and other surfaces slippery for motorists and pedestrians.

Numerous streets in Rochester were very slippery early Friday morning and motorists are being urged to be careful.

Cold air has arrived and is expected to remain into much of next week with temperatures 10-20 degrees below normal - similar to late December and January. Highs may not get above freezing until Wednesday.
