Alin’s brother, 29-year-old Ukash Abdulle, is scheduled to be sentenced next week. He was recently arrested for allegedly stabbing a man during a fight in downtown Rochester.

The third a defendant in the Meadow Park assault case has yet to be apprehended. Olmsted County authorities have issued an arrest warrant against 27-year-old Shueb Abshir Noor charging him with two counts of felony assault. The victim in the case told investigators the attack occurred after he confronted Noor about an incident that occurred last summer. He indicated he was driving a car when Noor suddenly grabbed the steering wheel and caused him to crash.
