Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man is accused of being a Lego thief.

Four counts of theft by swindle were filed in Olmsted County Court this week against 37-year-old Dustin Black.

According to the criminal complaint, Black went to the Target South store in March and switched the barcodes on four boxes of Legos with some from less expensive items. He came back later the same day and did the same thing. And then two days later, he did the same thing at the Target North store. But that time he was caught in the act by store security.

The complaint says altogether, Black spent less than $50 on Legos worth more than $1700.

He has been ordered to make his first court appearance in August.
