Level 3 Sex Offender Notification
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester Police are notifying the community about a change of address for one of the Level 3 sex offenders living in the city.
41-year-old Dennis Allyn Jones is now residing at a residence in the 1300 block of 13th avenue northeast. His criminal history involves sexual contact with a 14-year-old boy and possession of child pornography.
